While I wait for the Stickles to dry

We will now randomize the dollar amounts...Can you tell I am playing Who wants to be a Millionaire??  I love it.  Well I hate it when I make it to the top 3 and the bonus round and I get the answer wrong. Then I lose my $577,000.00 and end up with $25,000. that stinks. I do like being a life line and getting the answer right for other people. 

Let me tell what is getting more and more difficult for me to do.  Get out of the Parking lot of Publix.  I tell you I don't know how in god's name there isn't an accident there every day.  Between cars driving down the aisle, people walking down the aisle and the cars in the other spot backing out its a wonder I make it home.  Add to that the impatient rude people that are driving these days. Jeez people slow down, smell the roses. 

It takes 44 minutes from Publix to Sams and back when you have left your cell phone in the buggy and you don't realize it until you are back in town.  I bet you can guess how I know that huh?  stop laughing.

I am addicted to Words with Friends.  There the road to recovery is admitting you have a problem. I am not lying when I tell you that the 1st 2 hours of my day, from 6:30 am to 8:30 am is spent playing this game. I know how Barb feels with Angry Birds.  I don't cuss like she does though.  Oh wait let me explain something.. it does not take me that long to figure out the words.  You see I play, and Julie or Jackie or Barb S or Barb O are on at the same time. So they play and then I play and then eventually they go off and do something else. I have 22 games going now. I love it.  

I just started playing Hanging with Friends.  Now I am not proud of the fact that I do cuss that game. I am not very good at that game.  I do get mad.

Let me tell you 2 things that are very hard to get these days.. Ice Tea 1/2 and 1/2 and a large ice tea light on the ice from McDonalds .  I dare not try both at the same time.  The mentality is obviously not there. 

I had a couple new phrases I wanted to share with you but I forgot them. I will hear them again.  One refers to constipation and the other refers to children who are often hungry, who live in homes where there is not always enough food.  You know I don't know why we have to say things different.  Like garbage man is now the Sanitation Engineer.  Or like my mom was a  custodian/janitor, now they are called plant operators.  And you can't refer to your  mail delivery person as a mail man, they are postal carriers.   Its not a buggy its a shopping cart. Oh for the love of jesus.

We are going to Lake Pan this weekend.  I am really torn, I mean Taylor has a lot going on this weekend and I am missing it.  He has a birthday tomorrow  he will be 17!! at 9:20 am.  He has a tournament at UT this weekend and he is taking a girl to her homecoming dance Saturday night.  

I know I will have great time and I want to go but boy oh boy I am sad I won't be taking pics of him Saturday night.  But its probably just as well, Vicky has a much better camera then I do anyway!  And he will be in school tomorrow and playing ball tomorrow night.  I mean he's not 5 anymore!  I don't bake the fish cake or plan the bowling party.

Cake Decorating Class Day!

My cake decorating class is today!  I am so excited. I read the entire book last night and I am about to bake my 6 cookies to take to class.  Miss Elle is taking it with me.  I know she doesn't need Course 1, she is just taking it so I won't be alone.  LOL  I have never used icing bags except to fill deviled eggs. I am sure this is going to be interesting.  We have to take so much stuff to class it will look like I am packing for a crop.  It is a 4 week class, 2 hrs each week. I hope I do better than I did in the knitting class and camera class.

I went to see The Help last night with the Baseball Moms Book Club.  It was very good and I enjoyed it.  Debbie or Ellen one, I can't remember which, actually said they liked it better than the book.  Now thats a first for me. Never heard that said.  Hold on, Sasha wants in Taylor's room.  Scratching at the door.  Ok  oh jeez she is already back in here with me.  After the movie we went to Tijuana Flats and ate. It was a nice time catching up with everyone.  Debbie and Grace's son's have graduated so we don't we them as much as we did.  

Fall baseball starts tomorrow.  We have games on Tuesday and Thursday with a couple of tournaments tossed in.  I haven't looked at the schedule yet. 

I hope to find out about Winter Retreat today from Cynthia at Sun n Fun.  Fingers crossed!

It's early release day in Hillsborough counts  and soccer conditioning starts today. I will get Rachel at 2pm and then take her back at 3. 

I better get the cookies in the oven.  I will take pictures and show ya'll what I learned today.  Should be interesting, to say the least!!
